Berry is the creator of a strategic referral marketing program called Gifted Referrals. Through his proprietary programs, Berry teaches business professionals how to create a steady stream of referrals to their perfect prospects.

Prior to launching BizEnrich, Berry was co-owner of Whitecap North America, a marketing, design and promotion firm. Berry was responsible for Whitecap’s strategic planning, sales training, professional services development, performance monitoring as well as management of special projects impacting facilities, systems and processes.

Prior to owning Whitecap, Berry spent nearly twenty years in a career at UPS. Combining his experience in sales, logistics, and international trade with his passion for technology earned him the opportunity to participate in several “start-up” ventures at UPS. He was a key contributor to the design, development and sales training implementation of consulting services.
